In 2015 Vincent van Gogh celebrated the 125th anniversary of his death, and in the same year My Little van Gogh was born in his honor in the Netherlands, an Atelier inspired by Reggio Emilia where the little ones explore, create and get dirty, learning to believing in your ideas and creating beautiful family memories. We are now a franchise, led by Radha, which is present in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Toulouse and Bordeaux...and you will surely see us in other cities from time to time.

Becoming parents with the birth of Miranda and moving from Venezuela to Amsterdam in 2014, we were eager to stimulate her development and provide her with nurturing experiences.  As a good psychologist, I started my research and found the philosophy of Reggio Emilia, which immediately captivated my husband and me, and I understood that there was much of what we wanted to offer Miranda, so I decided to design myself what I was looking for so much.  I immediately thought that the Library (OBA) was the perfect place to start, and it was. When we told them about the project, they liked it so much that they asked me to include it in their regular children's program. In this way, Miranda and I, with a suitcase full of materials, tools, ideas and enthusiasm, made the first season of My Little van Gogh. Within a few weeks we were already nominated as one of the best activities for children in Amsterdam.

From there, we have not stopped learning, creating and challenging ourselves. We have been growing, changing and expanding our activities. We currently have activities from babies to adults. Families, schools, companies and tourist groups. We also do parties and camps.

Today we are a group of enterprising women connected by the passion of changing the way children develop their creativity, wishing to bring wonderful moments to thousands of families through play and plastic exploration. We are a growing franchise.
