RESERVATION POLICY

-All our activities require prior reservation through this website. Once the reservation is made you will receive an email with the confirmation, if you do not receive it it is because the purchase has not been successfully processed

-Loose tickets (classes or special events) are not exchangeable or refundable. Must be used on the specific day for which it was purchased

- The packs contain their own specifications on their use, please check in each case

-If you cannot join us you can give your ticket to a friend and notify us by email

-To carry out the class we need a minimum of participants. We reserve the right to cancel the activity 24 hours before the start date if we do not have the full group. We will notify you by email and your payment will be refunded.
